FReSMe review meeting in Groningen, The Netherlands, hosted by KISUMA

The second reporting period of the project finalised on the 30th of June and project partners were reunited in Holland to present the work carried out until now and to work together on the upcoming activities during this 2-day meeting. The meeting took place on the 18th and 19th of September 2019 in Groningen, The Netherlands and it was hosted by KISUMA. All partners presented their technical results including the work carried out during the last period. The consortium presents no deviations in the project timeline and it is aware of the importance of the last year of the project. A phase in which the pilot plant will be commissioned and operated within a 3 different test campaigns. Additional information about the progress of the project will be published during the upcoming months.

Partners also had the opportunity to learn about the history of Groningen and to climb the Martinitoren tower, which contains a brick spiral staircase consisting of 260 steps, and the carillon within the tower contains 62 bells. The next consortium meeting will take place during the first quarter of 2020.
