Digital Conference IndTech2020

Virtual workshop, 27th of October 2020

Industrial technologies play a key role in the European industry. They provide essential foundations for the competitiveness of the European Union, shape all sectors of the economy and contribute to the solution of societal challenges and a sustainable future. The digital conference “Industrial Technologies 2020 – Transition to Sustainable Prosperity” took place under the auspices of the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union from 27th - 28th October 2020. This event was organised by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), Project Management Jülich (PtJ) together with the European Commission (EU-COM) the German Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology DECHEMA e.V. Project Management Karlsruhe (PTKA) VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH (VDI-TZ)

i-deals represented the FReSMe and MefCO2 projects at the workshop called "European Green Deal: Carbon Neutrality in Industrial Technologies – Is this possible?", moderated by Pierre Joris (A.SPIRE) and Soren Bowadt (EU-COM, DG RTD, F4 DHoU). David Cuesta from i-deals, was one of the four speakers together with Barend VERACHTERT (EU-COM, DG RTD, F4 HoU), Walter LEITNER (MPI CEC) and Carl DE MARE (ESTEP).
